JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner, who is appointed as HSA (Physical Science), is aggrieved by the approval granted to his appointment from a date subsequent to the date of actual appointment. In this connection, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P4 revision petition before the 1st respondent, and the limited prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider an pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition expeditiously, after hearing the petitioner.
2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made across the bar, I dispose the writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 revision petition within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgement, together with a copy of the writ petition before the 1st respondent for further action.
