The petitioner made an application seeking permission for obtaining kidney from a donor. Exhibit P9 is the application before the 2nd respondent. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner’s condition is very serious and he is losing his health day by day.
3. In view of the pendency of Exhibit P9 before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent shall take necessary steps based on Exhibit P9 and forward the same to the 1st respondent for a decision. The 2nd respondent shall take steps within a period of seven days from the receipt of a copy of this judgment. Thereafter, based on any recommendation by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent shall finalize the decision within a period of ten days.
The writ petition is disposed as above.
