This is a petition filed under Section24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to have O.P. No. 329 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Vadakara transferred to Family Court, Kannur.
2. Petitioner is the respondent in O.P.329 of 2014 which has been filed by the respondent for restitution of conjugal rights. Petitioner points out that she has nobody to accompany her and she finds it difficult to travel to Vadakara. It is pointed out that her parents are advanced in age and her father is suffering from various ailments. Hence, it is prayed that the case be transferred to Family Court, Vadakara.
3. Notice has been served on the respondent, but there is no appearance for him.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is felt that it is only proper to allow the prayer.

2 In the result, this petition is allowed and O.P. 329 of 2014 pending before the Family Court, Vadakara shall stand transferred to Family Court, Kannur.
