The petitioners are concerned with the non implementation of Ext.P2 order passed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal. Ext.P2 directed release of the registration certificate and connected records of the vehicle bearing registration No.KL-35-7479 to the registered owner. The learned Government Pleader submits on instructions, that there would be no difficulty in implementing such order. Hence, it is directed that, the same shall be done within a period of three weeks from today. Writ petition disposed of.
