Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent. During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal as well as O.P.No.333/12 filed before the Family court, Ernakulam. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that, the permission sought for by the learned counsel for the appellant can be granted to meet the ends of justice.
In the result, this Mat.Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and the appellant is permitted to withdraw O.P.No.333/12 pending before the Family court, Ernakulam.
