Heard Sri Jaya Nath Patel, learned for the petitioner and Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 and perused the record.
The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 1460 of 2009 (Jokhu Ram Lohar Vs. State and others) pending before the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jaunpur within a stipulated period.
It is pointed out that the case is being posted for recording of evidence of the parties.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the case expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
