1. Mr.D.R.Bhatt, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has stated at the bar that the present Civil Revision Application has become infructuous and, therefore, he has requested to dismiss the present Civil Revision Application as having been infructuous.

Without expressing anything on merits as such present Civil Revision Application has become infructuous or not, considering the request made by Mr.D.R.Bhatt, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed as having been infructuous.
