It is submitted by learned advocate, Mr.Amit Nanavati appearing for the respondent Nos.1,4, 6 to 11 and 13 that respondent No.12 has expired since long.

When the matter is called out, learned advocate, Mr.Harnish V.Darji for the appellants is not present. If he does not take appropriate steps in the matter on the next date, interim relief granted earlier by this Court will be vacated.
