Rule.
The present Misc. Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant - Original Respondent No.2 for extension of time for a period of 6 months to comply with the order passed by this court in Special Civil Application No.13879 of 2010, directing the Applicant to decide Misc. Application No.19 of 2010 pending before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Surat as well as Change Report No.30 of 2009 pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Navsari, after providing an opportunity to all concerned within a period of 4 months.
Therefore, the prayer for extension of period of 6 months cannot be entertained. However, the time is extended till 31.5.2012. Rule is made to the aforesaid extent.
