JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.Anvesh Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant prays for permission to delete respondent No.3. Permission to do so, is granted. The necessary amendment in the cause-title be made, forthwith.
2. This application has been filed by the applicant (original respondent No.1) with a prayer to extend the time for complying with the directions contained in order dated 28.09.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.14012/2011.
3. Heard Mr.Anvesh Vyas, learned advocate for Mr.C.B.Upadhyaya, learned advocate for the applicant and Mr.Viral K. Shah, learned advocate for respondents Nos.1 and 2 (original petitioners) and perused the averments made in the application.
4. It is submitted by Mr.Anvesh Vyas, learned advocate for the applicant that due to administrative reasons as the Officer who was to take a decision was relieved and another Officer took charge, the delay in complying with the order of this Court has taken place and for reasons beyond the control of the applicant, the decision upon Revision Application filed by the original petitioners could not be taken within the stipulated period of time.
5. Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and in view of the averments made in the application, the following order :
The Joint Charity Commissioner, Rajkot (the Applicant), shall decide Revision Application No.17/2003, pending before him since the year 2003, on, or before, 15.04.2012. It is made clear that no further time shall be granted.
The application is disposed of, in the above terms.
