ADMIT.
We formulate the following substantial questions of law which arises in this appeal as under :-
"Whether on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the Tribunal was right in law in holding the claim of the assessee in respect of transaction of sale and lease back as genuine and not sham and right in law in allowing the claim of depreciation, interest and finance charges in favour of the assessee ?"
