JUDGMENT / ORDER

This is a revision challenging the legality and propriety of the conviction and sentence under Section 420 of I.P.C. Today also, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. On many occasions, this revision had to be adjourned due to the absence of the revision petitioner and his counsel. On 19.3.2014, this Court made observation in view of the consistent absence on earlier occasions, that the revision will have to be dismissed for non-prosecution, if the revision petitioner again remained absent. In spite of such observation, having the effect of warning, there is no representation today, and nobody is present to make arguments in support of the revision petitioner. In the above circumstances, this revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
