JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P3 building permit that has been issued by the first respondent to the third respondent. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P4 objections to the first respondent, which is pending. He complains that Ext.P4 has not been considered till date. Adv.V.M.Kurian, appears for the first respondent. 2. In the nature of the relief that I propose to grant, I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to the other respondents. Since Ext.P4 is pending, it is sufficient that the first respondent considers and passes final orders thereon.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P4 complaint of the petitioner, in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as W.P.(C).No.26913 of 2014 2 possible and at any rate, within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
