JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners approached this Court on account of delay in disposing C.C.No.155 of 2013 before the Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Waynad. Respondent approached the CDRF by Ext.P1 complaint. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is an interim order in the matter and pleadings and all steps in the proceedings are completed. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that delay involved will cause serious prejudice to the petitioners.
2. In the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the CDRF, Waynad to dispose of C.C.No.155 of 2013 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Petitioner shall serve a copy of this judgment either on the respondent or counsel appearing for the respondent before CDRF.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
