The petitioner seeks for parity in running time between Thrissur and Peechi Dam. The petitioner was issued with a timing on 09.11.2012. The petitioner submits that the rival operators are operating between Thrissur and Peechi Dam with a running time of 55 minutes and 60 minutes, while the petitioner's timing would necessitate covering of the said distance in 48 minutes. In such circumstances, the revision prayed for shall be considered after hearing the rival operators, within a period of two months from today. Writ petition disposed of.
