MRM Hakim for Mr. MTM Hakim requests for time on the ground that Mr. MTM Hakim would argue this matter. He, however, stated that Mr. MTM Hakim has not come to the Court today on account of sickness. No sick note has been filed. The matter has been listed before this Court and it has been adjourned time and again at the instance of Mr. Hakim. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default.
