JUDGMENT / ORDER

Concurrent orders passed on an application for temporary injunction in a suit for permanent prohibitory injunction are impugned. It is unnecessary to delve deep into all the aspects since the entire issues are at large in the suit pending.
2. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Perumbavur to dispose of O.S. No. 194/2012 on its file expeditiously within a period of six months. The same shall be done untrammeled by any observation or finding rendered in the orders impugned.
3. I hasten to add that the petitioners are at liberty to file an objection to the report and plan of the Advocate Commissioner. The petitioners are also free to examine the Advocate Commissioner at the time of trial of the suit questioning his report and plan.
The Original Petition is dismissed subject to the above clarification.
