The petitioner is aggrieved by Ext.P4 notice against which, an appeal is maintainable under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act (SARFAESI), 2002. In the circumstance of there being, an effective alternate remedy the petitioner is relegated to such remedy and the appellate authority while considering the aspect of limitation shall exclude the periods spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition, which is seen to have been filed on 21.03.2014 and is disposed of on today. Writ Petition is disposed of.
