The petitioner raised a complaint against an illegal occupation of public road by the fifth respondent. It seems that by Ext.P6, the District Collector forwarded the complaint of the petitioner to the Executive Engineer, PWD. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to take necessary action to remove the illegal encroachment in public place, if any, after conducting necessary enquiry and hearing the petitioner and the fifth respondent and also after obtaining the views of the 4th respondent Panchayat. Needful shall be done within a period of two months.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
