John @ Thankachan vs State Of Kerala

The petitioner is the accused in Crime No. 161/2013 of Kudiyanmala Police Station, Kannur District. Offences alleged are under sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act. Apprehending arrest, this petition is filed for anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner was earlier granted bail by the trial court. But, it was subsequently cancelled by this Court. Therefore, the petitioner cannot get anticipatory bail from this court.

This application is hence, dismissed.
