JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“i) Issue a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of Exhibit P3 stay petition within a period of 1 month.
ii) Stay the proceedings covered under Exhibit P1 and P2 till the disposal of the Exhibit P3 stay petition.”
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner points out that there is wide disparity between the figures shown in Ext.P1 and P2 issued by the respondent Bank. It is sated that the limited extent of relief sought for before this Court is to cause to consider and finalise Ext.P3 application for stay, which is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, within a reasonable time.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank as well.
4. After hearing both the sides, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider and pass final orders in Ext.P3, in accordance with law, at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
O.P.(DRT) No.111 of 2014 2
5. Coercive proceedings, if any, shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the 2nd respondent for further steps.
