The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of an application for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. The petitioner contends that an Advocate Commissioner had earlier been appointed in the suit. The petitioner now wants survey assistance to be extended to the Advocate Commissioner in the nature of the contentions.
2. I direct the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Pathanamthitta to consider I.A. No. 474/2014 in O.S. No. 93/2013 expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of two months from the date of production of this judgment.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
