ORDER The Order Sheet discloses that, on 23.10.2019, also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, on that day, as a last chance, the case was adjourned to 24.10.2019 with an observation, on that day, if the petitioner’s counsel does not appear and assist the Court for disposal of the petition, the petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution.
Even today ie., on 24.10.2019, the matter having been passed over in the Morning Session, when called in the Afternoon Session, neither the petitioner nor his counsel present. There is no representation on their behalf. It appears, the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case. Therefore, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
