The petitioner raised Ext.P4 complaint before the first respondent alleging that the 4th respondent encroached upon the Government land. The petitioner relies on Ext.P6 report and submits that the 4th respondent had encroached upon the Government land. It seems proceedings have been initiated by the District Survey Superintendent to identify the encroachment as seen from Ext.P9. 2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent or any other competent officer to take appropriate action in accordance with the Land Conservancy Act, within an outer limit of two months, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
