JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.16057 of 2009 Between:
Smt. Joguparthi Mangamma PETITIONER AND 1. Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Khammam, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri V. Brahmaiah Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
