The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the mutation case being Case No.122/142/239/1006 of 2015 (Jogi vs. Badri Prasad) under section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the Court of Naib Tehsildar, Handia, District Prayagraj may be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.122/142/239/1006 of 2015 (Jogi vs. Badri Prasad) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order after hearing the parties concerned, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
