ORDER:
Learned Counsel for the petitioners was absent on 21.11.2014. Even today also, none appeared for the petitioners. However, learned Government Pleader submits that since the matter relates to elections to the Sri Bala Tripura Sundara Fishermen Cooperative Society, Vishwanadhapuram, Tripuranthakam Mandal, Prakasam District, the subject matter of the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing remains for consideration therein.
In view of the aforesaid said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
