The grievance of the petitioner is that despite different orders passed by the consolidation authorities, certain consolidation records are not being provided to him.
In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation dated 2.8.2019 before the District Magistrate, Jaunpur.
Without expressing any opinion on the maintainability of the aforesaid representation, the District Magistrate, Jaunpur is directed to decide the aforesaid representation within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
