The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition with a prayer that the petitioner's application dated 22.10.2021 be decided.
A perusal of the application dated 22.10.2021 shows that the petitioner intends to get the measurement proceedings stayed on account of the pendency of Writ - B No. 21218 of 2016.
The Court had a glance over the order which was passed in Writ B No. 21218 of 2016 but it could not find any reason as to why the measurement should be stopped on account of the pendency of the writ petition.
Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted in the writ petition and the writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
