Impleadment application is rejected.
The grievance of the petitioner is that despite writ petition filed being writ petition no. 16551 of 2014 by him seeking benefit of the repeal of the Urban Land Ceiling Act have been allowed vide judgment and order dated 29.08.2017, the revenue authorities are not mutating his name over the land in dispute.
Once the writ petition referred to above was allowed by a Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 29.08.2017 holding that the benefit of the repealing act has to be given to the petitioner and since actual physical possession of the land was not taken over he is entitled for mutation of his name over the said land.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, we direct the respondent no. 2, Collector, Allahabad District, Allahabad to mutate the name of the petitioner over the land in question on a proper application being made by him in this regard.
Necessary order shall be passed by the authority within two weeks from the date of making of the application and submission of the certified copy of the order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
