The grievance of the petitioners is that honorarium due and payable to them have not been paid by the respondent no. 5 despite representation dated 10.12.2019.
Learned standing counsel representing the State respondents submits that the representation of the petitioners shall be decided by the respondent no. 5 in accordance with law within a time bound period.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 5 to decide the representation of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of representation of the petitioners along with a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the claim of the petitioners.
