The petitioner has approached this Court complaining harassment by the fourth respondent. It is inter alia contended that she was residing with a person by name Jiji and she was called upon to appear before the Women Cell on 4.6.2014. According to her, she is not involved in any offence and there is no reason for summoning her to police station. It is contended that she was called upon to pay an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- by 30th October, 2014.
2. The learned State Attorney, on instructions, would submit that a complaint had been filed by one Berncy, wife of Jijy alleging that he was living with the petitioner. That apart, Jijy had taken away her gold ornaments and given to the petitioner. On receiving the complaint, the WP(C).28730/14 2 matter was enquired into by the fourth respondent and on 14.7.2014 the parties were summoned and after enquiry, they were asked to approach the Civil Court for appropriate reliefs and the matter was closed.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid submission made by the learned State Attorney, we do not think that any further orders are required to be passed.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
