O R D E R The plea of the petitioner is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 26.04.2016 and 27.08.2016 vide Annexures– A, A1 to A3.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that if all the requisite documents are furnished in terms of the Circular dated 23.11.2010, the necessary work will be completed as expeditiously as possible.
3. Her submission is recorded. The writ petitions are disposed off. The respondents are directed to consider the representations vide Annexures– A, A1 to A3 and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. .
