JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner complains of an unauthorised construction put up by the third respondent who is her neighbour. The petitioner has submitted Exhibit P2 complaint to the second respondent against the unauthorised construction. She seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration thereof. Advocate Rajesh Subrahmanian appears for respondents 1 and 2. In the nature of the relief that I propose to grant, I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to the third respondent. It shall be sufficient that the second respondent considers Exhibit P2 and pass appropriate orders thereon, without further delay. This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the second respondent to consider Exhibit P2 complaint in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being W.P.(C) No.29720 of 2014-L -:2:-
heard to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
