2.When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing the proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Chennai, in K:/K/vz;/1530/M5/2014, dated 23.11.2017, submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with.
