JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing 1st respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2017, wherein and whereby, he sought for survey and fix the boundary line of the Site Nos.10, 11, 12 and 13 in R.S.No.640/2, 645/1 of Kasipalayam Village, Erode Taluk of Erode District.
4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court, is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 1st respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 1st respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
