JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by passing an order dated 27.09.2016 by the respondent contemnor.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to challenge the said order. Needless to say that if the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same in a manner known to law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, however, by granting such liberty to the petitioner. No costs.
