Appellant has approached this Court aggrieved by judgment of learned Single Judge regarding awarding of grace marks for final MBBS Part-II examination. During pendency of appeal, he appeared for supplementary examination conducted in January, 2014. Fortunately, he was successful in the supplementary examination. Therefore, the issue raised by appellant has become infructuous. However, the issue raised by appellant has now become academic only and the same could be adjudicated in a proper litigation. Accordingly, Writ Appeal is closed.
