The sole submission of the counsel for the petitioner is to direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahar Jaunpur (Respondent No. 1) to decide the Esara Suit No. 9 of 2013 (Om Prakash and Others Vs. Rajesh Kumar And Others), which is pending.
Having heard the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Shahar Jaunpur (Respondent No. 1) to decide the Esara Suit No. 9 of 2013 (Om Prakash and Others Vs. Rajesh Kumar And Others) expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
