Jivrajbhai vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|25 January, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) 1.0 Heard learned advocate Mr. Tirmizi for the petitioner. It is really surprising that without approaching even by a simple complaint to the law enforcing agency, the petitioner is before this Court by filing this Habeas Corpus petition. The learned advocate for the petitioner does not give an exact date as to when the daughter of the petitioner was kidnapped by the son of respondent No. 3, who is not impleaded as a party - respondent in this petition. He has only stated that it was about 20 days back.....
2.0 At this juncture, the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage with a view to approach the law enforcing machinery to ventilate his grievance.
3.0 The permission is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
