[1] Mr. Dhaval D. Vyas, learned advocate for respondent No.2 submits, that no affidavit­in­reply is required to be filed and he shall place reliance on the affidavit­in­reply filed in Special Civil Application No. 8998 of 2012, which is regarding the same subject matter. A copy of the said affidavit­in­ reply is annexed with the matter.

[2] The Court is not inclined to accept the above submission. Learned advocate for respondent No.2 may file a separate affidavit­in­reply, if so desired, in the present matter by the next date of hearing.
