JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] Following order is passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No.2481 of 2011 on 14.10.2011:-
"Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that charge sheet in the case has already been filed. In view of the said development after the filing of the Special Leave Petition, the interim protection given to the petitioners vide this Court's Order dated 18.3.2011 is extended for a further period of six weeks. In the meanwhile, it is open to the petitioners to move the Trial Court and seek regular bail in accordance with law.
The Special Leave Petition is disposed of in the above terms."
[2] As per the order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, applicants are required to file bail application before the Trial Court i.e. J.M.F.C. Court.
[3] In view of above, learned advocate for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw present application with a liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court (J.M.F.C. Court). Permission is granted. Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with above liberty. Rule discharged.
[4] If any fresh bail application is preferred by the applicants before the Trial Court (J.M.F.C. Court), in that event, Trial Court (J.M.F.C. Court) will consider and decide the same in accordance with law and as per directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and without being influenced by the order passed by the learned Sessions Court as well as order passed by this Court today.
Direct service is permitted.
