This review application has been filed by Sri Sharad Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner for review of the judgment and order of this Court dated 21.1.2015.
He has relied on his supplementary affidavit dated 25.2.2015 and submits that the order of the District Supply Officer, Basti dated 2.12.2004 was not examined at the time of judgment. He submits that this particular order was not in his possession and he is bringing it on record only through the supplementary affidavit dated 25.2.2015.
This writ petition was filed in 2006 and the judgment has been delivered on 21.1.2015. There is absolutely no justification as to why this particular order of the District Supply Officer has not been filed with the writ petition which was in existence since 2.12.2004. There is no reason as to why it could not be brought on record during the pendency of the writ petition. This is not a document which has come into existence after the judgment in the case.
This review application lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed.
