1. Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, report has been submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. As per the said Report, the attempts are made, but the Corpus is not produced and further time is prayed.
2. It appears that the direction of this Court was to the P.I. 'B' Division Police Station whereas the action is taken by P.S.I. 'B' Division Police Station. Therefore, it is directed that P.I. of 'B' Division shall himself inquire into the matter and takes steps for ensuring the Corpus is produced before this Court on the next date.
