1. Heard Ms. Vithlani, learned advocate for Ms. Mamta R. Vyas for the applicant - original petitioner and Mr. H.J. Nanavati, learned advocate for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

By way of this application, the applicant-original petitioner has prayed for listing the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.11267 of 2008 for final hearing which has been admitted vide order dated 10.9.2008. The main matter relates to dismissal. Many such matters admitted prior to the present matter are pending for final adjudication and therefore, no priority can be given. Hence, this application is dismissed with no order as to cost. It will be open for the applicant - original petitioner to apply after six months.
