1. The applicant has taken out present application seeking preferential hearing of the petition.
2. The applicant-original petitioner has preferred the petition being Special Civil Application No.11267 of 2008 which came to be admitted under order dated 10/09/2008. In the said petition, the petitioner-applicant herein has raised grievance about termination order passed against him. The applicant-original petitioner is out of service upon having been dismissed.
3. If the relief prayed for by the applicant-original petitioner is granted, it would amount to granting out of turn hearing while several other petitions which are old and senior than present one are still pending. Earlier the Court (Coram:Hon'ble Mr.Justice R.M.Chhaya) passed order dated 28/02/2012 for such matters observing that many such matters are pending and therefore, no priority can be given. However, within span of only two months, present applicant has taken out present application. The application, therefore, cannot be entertained and the same is rejected in view of the observations made in earlier order of the Court for such matters.
