JUDGMENT / ORDER

The instant application is forwarded by the applicant-convict through jail seeking parole leave for 21 days on the ground of engagement of his daughter. Considering the jail remark-sheet, it transpires that when the applicant-convict was released on temporary bail in the year 2000, he remained absconding for 3,238 days.
In above view of the matter and considering the fact no case is made out for parole leave, the application is dismissed.
