Jivabhai vs State

This petition is preferred by the petitioner to grant him parole on the ground that father of the petitioner expired on 19.12.2010 and to perform post obsequies ritual as per Hindu customary rites, his presence is necessary. In addition to above it is submitted that niece of the petitioner was also getting married on 19.4.2011.

Both the above causes for which this petition is preferred no more remain in existences.

Hence, this petition having become infructuous is rejected.
