Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Pendency of this petition and order passed by this Court on 5th December, 2011 will not come in the way of the Investigating Officer to investigate the complaint from all angles, including recording statement of concerned persons and witnesses named in the documents in question.

Ad-interim relief granted earlier is modified to the aforesaid extent.

To be heard with Criminal Misc. Application No.353/2012.

Post the matter on 16th February, 2012.
