Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional Civil Judge IV (Junior Division), Ghazipur to consider and decide the Original Suit No. 556 of 2018 (Jiut Singh Kushwaha & Others Vs. General Manager & Others), expeditiously and preferably within stipulated period.
Bearing in mind that the suit has been instituted in 2018 and a commissioner’s report has also been obtained, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Additional Civil Judge to move in the matter with the expedition and endeavour to conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournments and preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. This order is subject to the roster of the concerned Court and the pendency of older matters.
